• Complete one registration form per person. If you need to register for a 2nd person then you must logoff and click on “New User Sign up Here” button again to get a fresh application form.
• First time registering for Camp Len Duong? 
  Click on "New User Sign up Here" button.
• If you have attended Len Duong camp before, you still need to register again this year.
• Provide as much information about yourself as possible, especially the emergency contact number. Your information is kept strictly confidential and used for camp administrative purposes only.
• Provide a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS. Camp staff will communicate all camp related matters only via email. If you do not have an email address you can create a free one at http://www.yahoo.com,http://www.hotmail.com, or http://www.gmail.com. Then return to this page register.
• Incomplete information will delay the process of your registration.  
• Upon completing registration and clicking the SUBMIT button, you will receive an IMMEDIATE acknowledgment email that we are processing your request. If you do not receive the acknowledgment email within an hour, contact the registration team at registration@vhkhvn.org.
• In two days at most, you will receive a confirmation email with the waiver that you must print, sign/date, and submit as follows:
  • Scan the waiver form into a PDF format and email it as attachment to registration@vhkhvn.org OR
  • Submit in person at Camp Len Duong.
• For payment options, please follow the instructions on the confirmation email.
• After you complete the registration process, you may log on to update your information or check your payment status by entering your Camp ID (or Email Address), password, and clicking the "Sign In" button.

Registration is NOT complete until full payment AND confirmation email is received.  Every year, Camp Len Duong is consistently SOLD OUT and late registration is placed on a waiting list (with no guarantee of admission).  Please make sure to register early and make a prompt payment to ensure your place at camp.


REFUND POLICY: Camp fee will be refunded in full for cancellation requests
received by May 16, 2012 close of business, by midnight CST
